In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables.

• Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics.

This contractor position will support data analytics and report development for the ECRL Access Management and Controls team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Power BI, with a preferred familiarity in Tableau. Responsibilities include building and analyzing reports, identifying key insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. The role requires both technical proficiency and analytical thinking to support decision-making through data-driven reporting. Resource must be located in Des Moines Iowa and will be required to work 3 days a week from the office at the Jordan Creek location.

Understanding of Access Management principles is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
