Required Skills & Experience
- Problem-solving and project/program management experience with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to perform a leadership role including influencing, engaging, and motivating business and technology partners.
- Proven track record of working across organizations through matrix structures to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills, including process documentation.
- Advanced planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Qualitative and analytical proficiency.
- Experience with Product and/or Regulatory Reports.
- Experience with BSA AML, FR 2052a, FFIEC, and other Regulatory use cases.
- Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries.
- Experience working in Commercial Banking and Lending Data Domain.
- Knowledge of the banking and finance industry, including risk reporting, analytics, and controls.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
