Contract Duration: 8 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Problem-solving and project/program management experience with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to perform a leadership role including influencing, engaging, and motivating business and technology partners.
  • Proven track record of working across organizations through matrix structures to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, including process documentation.
  • Advanced planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Qualitative and analytical proficiency.
  • Experience with Product and/or Regulatory Reports.
  • Experience with BSA AML, FR 2052a, FFIEC, and other Regulatory use cases.
  • Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries.
  • Experience working in Commercial Banking and Lending Data Domain.
  • Knowledge of the banking and finance industry, including risk reporting, analytics, and controls.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
