We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to assist in the construction, restoration, and maintenance of structures.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the restoration and repair of roofs, ensuring quality workmanship.
2. Fabricate and install structures using wood, drywall, and other materials.
3. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work.
4. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
5. Support heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed on-site.
6. Operate welding equipment for metal fabrication when required.
7. Apply stucco finishes to walls and surfaces as part of the finishing process.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. Familiarity with drywall installation and repair techniques is a plus.
3. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
4. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet.
5. Basic knowledge of carpentry skills is advantageous.
6. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as assigned.
7. A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
