Tag Conservation is hiring: Construction / Maintenance Worker in East Rutherford

Job Description : Performs a variety of skilled duties in building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, or other recognized crafts, for the purpose of maintaining and repairing buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assist and perform semi-skilled tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction to support the upkeep of the building.
2. Assist and perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in basic building maintenance trades, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, flooring, and mechanical tasks.
3. Assist and perform functions related to the construction, installation, and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, marker boards/chalkboards, tack boards, and other structures and items.
4. Prepare and paint walls and woodwork, refinish surfaces, install or repair carpets, and perform custodial duties as required.
