Regional Vice President of Construction Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina is between $200,000 and $250,000.

Regional Vice President of Construction Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L
- Responsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to owner
- Manage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed
- Ensure all projects are running safely, effectively and on schedule
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones
- Ensure quality control throughout project
- Travel to projects, as needed
Regional Vice President of Construction Qualifications
- Great job history stability, no more than 2 jobs in the last 10 years
- Construction Management experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC and electrical.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor
- Proven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor
- Knowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & loss
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements
- Project experience must include large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects
- Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more
- Must be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License
