Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to manage multiple projects from inception to completion, specializing in both ground-up construction and fit-out projects. This role requires strong experience in interior fit-outs and high-end hospitality environments.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on both ground-up and fit-out construction.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Implement value engineering practices to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Proficiency in managing level 5 finishes and interior fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of grid ceilings, fire caulking, and drywall systems.

Expertise in metal framing and acoustic requirements.

Familiarity with construction tools and software such as Bluebeam and Procore.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Safety certifications, including OSHA 10.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
