We are seeking an Sales Representative to provide janitorial sales to commercial businesses throughout their assigned territory.

Our goal is to be the FINEST Building Service Contractor in Wisconsin and a leader in our national organization. Represent our company as a cutting-edge service provider and industry leader. The Sales Representative will focus on sales in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Prospecting and Networking: in-office via phone and email using Salesforce, as well as visiting potential customer facilities and attending industry events to identify decision-makers and discuss cleaning needs.
  2. Prepare proposals and bid presentations: identify customer needs and collaborate with the sales team to develop operational strategies, expectations, specifications, and competitive pricing.
  3. Facilitate effective startup for new business: partner with departments to establish a plan for launching new accounts and ensure a smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Proven janitorial sales record
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, polite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary and commissions, with starting salary based on experience, education, and qualifications. Earnings are expected to exceed $60,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record
