We are seeking a result driven Sales Representative (inside 90%, outside 10%) with a strong background in inside sales, strategic account growth, and customer acquisition within the appliance parts industry. This role combines analytical insight, sales strategy, and customer relationship building to drive revenue and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate excels at identifying new business opportunities, upselling existing accounts, and using data to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
·Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual presentations.
·Analyze customer buying patterns, market data, and sales metrics to develop targeted sales strategies.
·Deliver impactful sales presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers.
·Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate parts and service offerings.
·Monitor and achieve KPIs including revenue targets, customer retention, and new business development goals.
·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activity in CRM software.
·Travel periodically for customer visits, trade shows, or company meetings.
Qualifications:
·3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the appliance parts, HVAC, or industrial components sector.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
·Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
·Willingness to travel as needed (light travel expected).
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience selling parts or technical components.
·Knowledge of appliance repair processes, parts catalogs, and supply chains.
Background in B2B sales or distribution environments.
