Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue.
Description & Compensation
- Uncapped commission earnings
- First-year compensation plans range from $55,000 to $95,000
- Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities, emphasizing respect and customer service.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach out to potential customers to grow the business, focusing on continuous expansion.
- Planning & Prioritization: Plan weekly to optimize customer visits and territory growth, adopting a bottom-up approach.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate the value of American-made products to potential clients.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas through proven sales programs and training, with a goal to double sales every five years.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on cost savings and support provided to customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area with appropriate insurance coverage
- Use of personal electronic devices in compliance with company BYOD policies
- Execution of employment agreements as provided
