Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue.

Description & Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped commission earnings
• First-year compensation plans range from $55,000 to $95,000
• Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k), and a deferred compensation plan

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in your designated territory to understand their needs and identify opportunities. We value treating both customers and associates with respect.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach out to potential customers to grow your book of business, focusing on continuous growth and new business development.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan your week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory expansion, adopting a bottom-up growth approach.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers, emphasizing American-made quality and value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using our proven sales programs and training workshops. Our goal is to double sales every five years.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on cost-savings and support provided to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to travel within your assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage
• Use of personal electronic devices in compliance with company policies
• Execution of employment agreements as provided for review prior to signing
