Overview


The Sales Representative at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNLN) will serve as the face and voice of our house and strategic brands direct to retail partners and is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales within an assigned territory. They will work with area sales managers and marketing to devise plans to increase product penetration and market awareness. They develop and implement sales and marketing ideas to increase awareness and demand for products. They manage records of customer information in Greenlane CRM and track the performance of goals and objectives. Additionally, they attend to customer service issues to preserve customers\' satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities



  • Generate Leads

  • Meet or exceed sales goals for each brand segment

  • Overcoming objections and gaining sales penetration

  • Negotiating pricing, promotions and product placements

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

  • Visiting clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services

  • Training clients on how to best sell each brand to promote sell through

  • Providing excellent customer service to current and future clients


Qualifications



  • 2-4 years sales experience

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

  • Competency in Microsoft applications

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
