Description
The Sales Representative will serve as the face and voice of our house and strategic brands directly to retail partners. They will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales within an assigned territory. The role involves working with area sales managers and marketing to increase product penetration and market awareness. Additionally, the Sales Representative develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to boost demand, manages customer records in Greenlane CRM, tracks goals, and handles customer service issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for each brand segment
- Overcome objections and gain sales penetration
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placements
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Visit clients to evaluate needs and promote products
- Train clients on selling strategies for each brand
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future clients
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
