Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading the sales process from initial outreach through final purchase. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers to assess needs and present solutions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements.
- Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments.
- Maintain accurate contact lists and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for prospective and current customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products/services.
- Continuously improve sales strategies based on feedback and performance.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a successful sales track record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs.
