Healthpreneur is seeking a driven, empathetic Sales Representative to bring new revenue into the company by converting qualified inbound leads into new clients. OTE: $120k+ (top rep makes $220k and that could approach $300k with better performance).

We need someone who has an open schedule to take as many inbound calls as possible, including weekends (if appropriate). This isn’t a company where you would completely disconnect every weekend, especially if clients or team members are counting on you to keep the ball rolling. Role
(overview of the position)
As a Sales Representative, you should have at least 40 hours available (if not more) to have as many “selling” conversations as possible (60-minute calls on Zoom) and enroll qualified prospects into our coaching program(s).
The majority of these calls will be inbound with warm leads who’ve previously watched a webinar or followed our content. Our ideal clients are health and fitness entrepreneurs who have an established coaching business, are generating revenue, and want a more predictable way to attract more clients and scale their coaching businesses.
Responsibilities
- Run 60-minute client enrollment calls (Business Consults) with prospects and enroll as many qualified prospects into the Health Business Accelerator (HBA) program as possible.
- Follow the enrollment call framework and script.
- Maintain full-time availability (30-40 hours) per week to conduct calls.
- Study relevant materials to understand the HBA program and communicate its value to prospects.
- Process payments using Ontraport with credit card information provided by prospects over the phone. Misuse of payment information will result in termination and legal action.
- Conduct immediate follow-up via text, email, and phone to improve show-up rates.
- Follow up to close the sale when appropriate.
- Track prospect flow and sales cycle using Ontraport (CRM).
- Track and report daily numbers in the tracking sheet.
- Adhere to the client onboarding process (CRM input, Docusign, welcome email, connect with Client Success Manager, update Process Street).
- Study Healthpreneur Brand Identity and Company Culture documents to be clear on vision, values, and processes.
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly team calls (Mondays 2pm EST).
- Review calls to continually improve sales skills; perform self-review and peer review and document in the Sales Team Metrics sheet.
Results
The 3 metrics you’ll be held to are:
- 30% close rate (or greater)
- Enroll at least 15 clients per month (60+ calls per month)
- All enrolled clients have the right expectations set
Additionally:
- Each conversation should be positive and helpful to protect the brand.
- Be assertive, not aggressive; push for the sale when appropriate and give space when needed.
- Follow up relentlessly with prospects who are a good fit but haven’t said yes.
Requirements
- English speaking
- At least 2 years of sales experience (ideally selling high-ticket coaching programs or services)
- Excellent coaching skills (listening, asking hard questions, creating space rather than delivering long monologues)
- Excellent listener
- Honest, transparent communication with prospects
- Comfortable with difficult conversations and asking tough questions to get to the truth
- Thick skin and resilience to rejection
- Highly coachable and able to apply feedback
- Curiosity about prospects and their situation
- Proven track record of success
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic and commitment to continual improvement
