What We Do
Support the sales strategy for your assigned territory by developing and maintaining a quality client base through acquiring new business and retaining existing customers. Maximize sales volume and potential in all markets for the division's products and services.
How You'll Contribute
- Build client relationships, secure new orders, and expand business with existing clients.
- Identify prospective customers using networking, websites, newspapers, directories, ads, trade shows, and other sources; develop and execute a call plan targeting real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored plans to meet those needs.
- Increase visibility by attending industry events and participating in community activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing content and enhance social media presence to support sales efforts.
- Create and deliver effective presentations to various customer groups.
- Engage regularly with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and escrow.
- Maintain proactive communication and respond promptly to clients.
What You'll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful experience in residential Title/Real Estate industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license required
