LHH Recruitment is partnering with a respected construction firm in Chandler that’s seeking a seasoned and proactive Construction Project Manager to lead onsite operations. This is a full-time, fully onsite role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to manage impactful projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus
- Ability to work onsite full-time and manage multiple priorities
