Construction Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator
Location: Tempe, AZEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-SitePay Range: $25.00+ per hour DOE
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction project coordination? LHH is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage key project functions from start to finish while working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
- Communicate schedules, material deliveries, and updates across multiple teams
- Prepare and submit AIA billing documents (G702/G703) in compliance with contract terms
- Track budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports
- Maintain organized project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Assist in developing project timelines and ensure timely task completion
- Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, agenda prep, and note-taking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in construction project coordination or administrative support
- Familiarity with AIA billing processes and forms (G702/G703) highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAGE 100 is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
