Overview
Job title: Accountant — Location: Austin, Texas. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join the team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and perform variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or commercial industries
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job details — Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
