Executive Accounting and Finance Search Consultant

Our client, a mid-sized manufacturing/distribution business is searching for an Accountant to join their organization. This role will be a key contributor and spear-head process implementation and improvement, especially in AR. Full-cycle accounting experience and strong communication skills are key in this role.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account balancing and journal entries
• Manage bi-weekly AP processing and data entry into QuickBooks
• Monitor and process daily AR transactions and remote deposits
• Conduct daily cash flow reviews and assist in earnings forecast using quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Generate and review ~300 client invoices monthly across multiple ownership entities
• Track and verify provider payments against contract terms
• Reconcile executed contracts with provider reports for accuracy and compliance audits
• Manage quarterly commission and revenue distribution reporting for sales and partner teams
• Review and categorize monthly expense accounts
• Liaison between outsourced HR & Payroll provider

• QuickBooks (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
