Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, highly organized, detail-driven Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensure accurate financial operations across accounts payable, receivable, and reporting functions with a strong background in Salesforce and QuickBooks. You’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting HR administration and payroll review, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Oversight (Primary Function ~90%)
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account balancing and journal entries
- Manage bi-weekly AP processing and data entry into QuickBooks
- Monitor and process daily AR transactions and remote deposits
- Conduct daily cash flow reviews and assist in earnings forecast using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Generate and review ~300 client invoices monthly across multiple ownership entities
- Track and verify provider payments against contract terms
- Reconcile executed contracts with provider reports for accuracy and compliance audits
- Manage quarterly commission and revenue distribution reporting for sales and partner teams
- Review and categorize monthly expense accounts
- HR & Payroll Support (~10%)
- Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
- Review employee insurance enrollment forms and submit to group provider
- Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing with third-party provider
- Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality and accuracy

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with multi-entity invoicing or real estate industry is a plus
