Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is hiring: Accountant in Grand Rapids

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Walker, MI

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Work Environment: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and conduct cash flow analysis
• Oversee online banking and maintain banking relationships
• Track expenses, reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare journal entries
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
• Manage year-end inventory and handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare audit schedules and manage payroll and HR functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Motivated, independent worker with a desire for long-term growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with Sage 100 software
