About the Role

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare invoices with field staff and ensure accounts receivable are paid in a timely manner.
• Manage project costing and identify any potential overruns.
• Create checks and balances for operational and data integrity.
• Special projects as needed, e.g. working with external auditors.
• Provide assistance and reporting to Senior Management on an ongoing basis.
• Additional duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting required.
• 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Project Accounting experience preferred.
