Senior Accountant – Hybrid (2 days a week in-office)| Baltimore, MD | $79K–$105K + Bonus

We are partnering with a highly respected, Baltimore-based litigation law firm to identify a Senior Accountant for their growing team. This firm, with a reputation for excellence across civil rights, commercial litigation, and criminal defense, has received national recognition and maintains a strong commitment to community impact and employee well-being.

Senior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare internal financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Serve as a key accounting point of contact, working closely with another accounting team member
• Support audit preparation and assist with benefit plan accounting and reporting
  
  

Senior Accountant – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
• Law firm experience strongly preferred due to the nature of the work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs required)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
