As our Staff Accountant, you’ll touch nearly every part of our accounting function. You’ll handle everything from financial statements and reconciliations to payroll processing and expense reimbursements. You’ll collaborate closely with our senior finance team, HR, and operations, which means you’ll see how your work directly impacts the business.

What You'll Bring As Our Staff Accountant

• 1-3+ years of experience at the Staff Accountant level.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with the following:
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Reconciling accounts (bank, cash, corporate card) and preparing journal entries.
• Managing payroll journal entries and calculating commissions.
• Working in a multi-entity environment, invoice processing, and assisting with client billing.
• Preparing and maintaining fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Supporting senior finance team members on special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
• ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and dashboards.
