A leading manufacturing company in New Stanton is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of inventory accounting and play a key role in financial operations. • Manage inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• The Senior Accountant will support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Assist with cost accounting and perform variance analysis
• The Senior Accountant will ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Collaborate with operations to improve inventory tracking and internal controls
• Participate in process improvements, including automation initiatives
• The Senior Accountant will mentor junior staff and support leadership development within the team
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost analysis
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work cross-functionally with other departments
