Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Senior Accountant - growth path to Controller! Salary: $85,000-$100,000 + discretionary bonus

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established organization with a strong reputation in the New England market. This is a high-visibility position where the Senior Accountant will support both project and corporate accounting while working closely with the Controller and project managers.

What You’ll Do

• Handle monthly AIA billing and project-related paperwork


• Maintain subcontract files (contracts, insurance, lien waivers, retention)


• Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable


• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting functions


• Serve as backup in cash management, payroll, sales tax, and job cost maintenance


• Provide support across finance, payroll, and project operations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Accountant, Project Accountant, or similar role


• BS, Accounting, Finance, or related


• Familiarity with construction accounting and AIA billing is a plus
