CPG & Associates has been engaged by a $800Mil privately held company near Plano/Frisco, to assist in finding a CPA - Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing the gl accounting functions, month-end close process, annual audit and providing financial reporting & analysis to support decision-making. We're working with a 50 year stable and profitable family owned middle market company with no debt and a sizable war chest, with its sights set on hitting $1 billion in revenue in the next couple years.

Responsibilities include:

• Month/Quarter/Year end close
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Compliance & controls

Compensation:

Base: $100k - $115k

Bonus: 8%

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA highly desirable
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
