Staff Accountant Job at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in Westford

A large company in the greater-Chelmsford area is actively seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and will primarily be responsible for working in the General Ledger on month-end close processes.

This is an onsite role, M-F.

The salary for this role is up to $70k, plus a 10% bonus and 20% RSUs.

Responsibilities

1. Manage month-end close responsibilities
2. Perform account reconciliations and financial consolidations
3. Assist with financial reporting
4. Assist with external audit procedures

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. 1+ years of corporate accounting experience
3. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP
4. Proficient in Excel
