Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee partner profit allocation and calculate partner compensation
• Manage partner draw and distribution payments, coordinating with Payroll for accuracy
• Track partner movements monthly and ensure compliance with partnership agreements
• Maintain partner paid-in-capital and coordinate bank loans and capital return payments
• Prepare budget and forecast schedules related to partner payments
• Conduct year-end close processes and prepare relevant journal entries
• Support ad-hoc requests related to partner compensation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• 3-5 years of partnership accounting experience; law firm experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with MS Word merge is beneficial
