At Enclos, we're known for crafting innovative and iconic facades on some of the most ambitious construction projects in the country. We're looking for a Project Accountant to join our Project Controls team and play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.

What You'll Do

As a Project Accountant, you'll partner closely with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to track and manage the financial health of complex construction projects. You'll ensure billing accuracy, maintain detailed records, and contribute to the overall project success with a focus on cost tracking, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Time & Materials (T&M) billing and provide detailed documentation to the General Contractor
• Support project managers in compiling monthly final report summaries
• Coordinate and verify invoice documentation from vendors, subcontractors, and production facilities
• Log and categorize invoices based on Schedule of Values (SOV) for easy review
• Manage and collect all required lien releases from vendors and subcontrators
• Prepare and submit documentation to meet contract requirements (including UBE compliance)
• Assist with additional contract-related tasks as determined by each unique project
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Completion of a two-year accounting program or equivalent experience
• Construction industry billing experience strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and company office locations as needed
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and vendors
• Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel, and document management tools
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities
