About the Role:

A day in the life: Our Staff Accountant will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual joining our dynamic accounting team. The role involves processing daily financial transactions, supporting general ledger maintenance, and assisting with month-end close processes. The candidate will prepare financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to aid decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to deepen their accounting expertise in a collaborative environment.

On a typical day, you will:

• Process daily accounting transactions (A/P, A/R, payroll, fixed assets)
• Assist with general ledger maintenance
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and analyses
• Follow safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule & Travel:

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with day shift hours and flexible scheduling options.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of daily accounting operations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Construction experience is a plus
