Salary: Up to $90K-$105K + Bonus + Benefits

A highly regarded company in Baltimore is looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join their team. This role is designed for someone eager to take on new challenges, drive projects, and advance quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting functions, financial reporting, and special projects
• Work closely with senior leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Take on additional responsibilities that support career progression

Ideal Candidate:

️ 2-4 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or strong regional firm preferred)

️ CPA in progress (Must be actively pursuing certification)

️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

️ A self-starter with a “get it done” mentality

️ Industry experience is flexible – financial services experience NOT required
