Scope of the Position

Maintain activities that safeguard company assets, employees, guests, and others on company property.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Gather and analyze information
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
• Make decisions and solve problems
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others
• Implement and follow organizational security activities
• Adhere to organizational policies and process changes
• Prepare reports related to security matters
• Possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license
• Work extended periods outdoors or in various weather conditions
• Follow all safety requirements
• Support company policies such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Security, law enforcement, or military background of at least 2 years, with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated, service-oriented, team-minded, with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
