This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, and generating invoices. The position requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling 20-45 pound cases repeatedly during work hours, along with reaching, squatting, and bending to deliver and merchandise products in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated stock.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
