This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers such as convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads and brings products into the store, manages ongoing rotating and stocking of products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. Responsibilities include building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The position requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during work hours. It also involves reaching, squatting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be necessary.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products to meet local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated products.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
