Position Overview: This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to various retail locations such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, typically making 15-20 stops per day. The driver is responsible for unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store management is required.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times daily. It also involves reaching, squatting, bending, and working in various weather conditions, with long hours during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products and serve customers across multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Ensure all scheduled customers are served by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise, rotate, and maintain store displays according to standards.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Build positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
