This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads and brings products into stores, manages rotating and stocking of products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. Responsibilities also include building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store management is required.

This role is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) throughout the day. It involves reaching, squatting, bending, and delivering in various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring a CDL license, including basic driving functions
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
• Build positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
