The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores (average of 15-20 stops per day). Responsibilities include driving, unloading, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This labor-intensive job involves lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) multiple times daily, along with reaching, squatting, and bending under various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring valid CDL licenses, including driving and maneuvering in tight spaces
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise, rotate stock, build displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
• Build positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures, including route adherence and scan-in/scan-out processes
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Comply with DOT regulations
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
