Job Description: Miami, OK

Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last 5 years)

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes and related duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, requesting service and repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.
• Place delivered products in designated storage locations per customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy and prevent damage during delivery.
• Immediately communicate issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Read maps and follow geographic directions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, using appropriate resources.
• Follow transportation policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and safety-related regulations, including DOT updates.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct, completing administrative tasks accurately.
• Review customer invoices and handle receipts and monies received.
• Report mechanical problems, delays, or accidents promptly.
• Maintain vehicle logs and related documentation per company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience in the last three years.
• DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service skills and knowledge of quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and innovative problem solver.
• Active listening, independent decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
