Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last 5 years)

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies; request service and repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.
• Place products at assigned storage locations per customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy and prevent damage during delivery.
• Communicate issues immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Read maps and follow geographic directions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, using time and resources effectively.
• Follow transportation policies and safety guidelines, including DOT regulations.
• Ensure DOT compliance and stay updated on guideline changes.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork accurately.
• Review invoices and report mechanical problems or delays.
• Handle receipts and monies from deliveries.
• Keep records according to company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of route driving experience.
• DOT certification required.
• Valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and problem solver.
• Active listening and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Driver safety is a priority at Ben E. Keith, utilizing dash cameras with AI to monitor safe driving and exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a consent form at hire.
