Job Location: Wichita, KS

Sign-on Bonus: $8,000 (requires at least one year of recent Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience)

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and request repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery, maintaining accurate delivery windows.
• Place delivered products at specified storage locations per customer requests.
• Ensure accuracy and no damage during handling.
• Communicate issues immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Read maps and follow geographic directions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, using time and resources wisely.
• Follow safety policies, DOT regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with DOT guidelines and standards for professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently.
• Review customer invoices and report mechanical issues or delays.
• Handle receipts and monies from deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle logs and billing statements as per policies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of route driving experience.
• DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service knowledge and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Active listening and independent decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Driver safety is prioritized; dash cameras with AI are used to monitor safe driving and exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a consent form upon hire.
