Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (Week and a Half) – Bilingual Mandarin a Plus
 

Job Type: Temporary (1.5 Weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $22

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join our team for approximately a week and a half. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office environment.

Bilingual Mandarin speakers are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage front desk operations, including signing in guests

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing mail

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Assist with other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

  • Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
