Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic fulfillment team in Woodland, CA. The ideal candidate will manage multiple customer accounts, coordinate service needs, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, print orders and labels, and handle special service requests (VAS).
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure all customer-specific instructions are followed.
• Confirm orders daily and scan Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers.
• Create and manage routing orders in compliance with customer routing guides.
• Prepare and maintain accurate BOLs, packing lists, and required documentation.
• Run reports for open orders, shipped orders, and tracking updates.
• Maintain filing systems and organize customer account records.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding requirements, updates, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and self-accountability.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, energy, and an outgoing personality.
• High school diploma or GED required and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a + but not required.
