Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (100% Onsite)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: up to $28.00/hr. D.O.E.

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in California labor law, proficient in ADP Workforce Now, and capable of supporting both local and cross-border HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee record maintenance and compliance support.
- Process accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in accordance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain HR documents, policies, forms, and employee handbook.
- Act as the site’s safety coordinator, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting.
- Support HR communications and initiatives for cross-border operations.
- Draft and distribute HR-related communications and announcements.
- Maintain organized and confidential HR filing systems.
- Provide receptionist support by assisting with phone coverage when needed.
- Perform additional HR-related projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong knowledge of California labor law.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
