We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while collaborating with various departments to support administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and employees with a warm and detail-oriented demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.
• Keep documentation organized and up-to-date using tools like DocuSign, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Maintain and update the SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and accuracy for team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Assist in scheduling and coordination tasks to support internal operations.
• Ensure the reception area remains presentable and welcoming at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently, including emails and physical mail.
• Adapt to a dog-friendly workplace environment with ease.
