We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity requires strong multitasking skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly while managing front desk operations with a high level of organization.
• Handle a multi-line phone system, including answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and with attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, to complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain and organize office supplies inventory, ensuring timely ordering and restocking as needed.
• Support clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management as required.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards with 1-10 lines.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage office supplies and clerical duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for email correspondence and client interaction.
• Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
