We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our client's growing team in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This position also involves providing administrative support and assisting with office management tasks to keep operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and efficient front desk experience.

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and organize office and client files in both electronic and physical formats.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and information management.

• Manage office supplies by placing orders and coordinating with vendors as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for correspondence, scheduling, and file organization.

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting colleagues, clients, and guests.

• Foster a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere through proactive engagement and support.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator role, experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and visitors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with other Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in file and record management.

• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

• Basic office skills, including data entry and supply management.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Salary and Benefits:

• The targeted salary range for this position is $40K-60K

• 2 weeks PTO, 401K with company match


This role is fully in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Our client does not currently offer medical, dental, or vision insurance, but will provide a monthly stipend to help cover out-of-pocket costs.
