LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday in-office position. Pay range is $19-$22 per hour depending on prior experience.
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating visitor access, and supporting administrative operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and warmly.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Issue visitor badges and manage sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail and assist with courier services.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and data entry.
Support special projects and office events coordination.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recent work experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
