Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when required.
- Manage the reception area by keeping it tidy and organized.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office staff.
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
