As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. You’ll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our front office. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage multi-line phone system; screen and route calls appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense reports, and travel coordination
- Liaise with building management and vendors for office needs
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
